Laguna Beach has the most beautiful beaches and is the only beach that allows weddings in the summer. The City does not allow commercial chairs, but each guest can bring their own beach chair!  North Main Beach, Rock Pile Beach and Diver's Cove all have 25 steps to get down to the sand. Picnic Beach has a ramp if you have handicapped or elderly. If you want pictures on the sand during the summer,  you must have your wedding on the sand. You can invite up to 95 guests.  In the past, we use to offer more elaborate decorations, and some of my pictures still show these former decorations, and other companies still offer them, but they are now illegal. I have the best photographers working today.  You can go to my Wedding Vendors page and get their information.   Each of these photographers offers me a special photo package for my beach weddings:   $450 for two hours of pictures.   You would get a CD of all the pictures (about 300 pictures).  These are very high resolution photos.  The pictures will also be up-loaded to a private web page where all of your family and friends can also see the pictures (and order one, if they want!).    You will print your own pictures (color, black and white, or sepia) and you make your own album.    Additional photo time can also be booked for getting ready and the reception for $150.00 per hour.  Call me, 949-433-3129 if you want to book one of my photographers.  Let me know your #1, #2 and #3 choices.  I will book according to availability.

I will organize the processional including not seeing each other (no rehearsal needed) plus I will be available to you from the day you book your wedding until the day of your wedding to provide you with all the answers to all of your questions, both by telephone and e-mail, drawing from my sixteen years experience doing beach weddings! I will also write  and perform your romantic, personalized wedding ceremony for you at no extra charge.  I work with several professional photographers and videographers for years who are very experienced taking pictures at the ocean. They have the special lighting equipment and techniques and know all the right spots. One hour of photos (for 25 guests or less)  $250.00.  Two hours of photos for up to 95 guests $450.00.   You get a camera-edited CD of all the pictures.  You print your own pictures and make your own album.  Video of the wedding ceremony by professional Channel Six television videographer $250.00.  You get a camera-edited DVD. To get these prices, you must book through me. If you call the photographers or videographers direct, you will be quoted different packages with different prices. PARKING AT LAGUNA BEACHES

Parking is on the street and is metered, $2/hr. Meters take quarters or visa/mastercard.  Parking is always very challenging at the beach. LAGUNA BEACH TROLLEY
- In July and August, it's free, and you board the trolley in the canyon. The rest of the year, You can reserve a Trolley @ $94/hr with a 3 hour minimum. you can board at Von's Shopping Center or the Laguna Beach High School.

The Wedding Services shall be completed within  a 2 hour period.  Permits are for a 2 hour period.   If the wedding is delayed and the services of the Officiant are required beyond the 2 hour time frame, An additional $100/hr pro-rated will be charged.  If the wedding is delayed, and the Bride & Groom have hired a photographer and/or videographer, an additional $150/hr pro-rated will be charged for their services.

Retainers (deposits) for permits and to book the date and time are non-refundable.  Retainers (deposits) may be paid with credit card.  If credit card is used to pay the balance due, add 5% service charge.  IYou may send a personal check made out to Marcy Cheek for the balance due two weeks before the wedding. Mail to 24338 El Toro Road #237 Laguna Woods, CA 92637. If the balance due is paid the day of the wedding, it is to be paid in cash.  Rehearsals are $175.00.

If the wedding is scheduled for an outdoor location, and weather conditions pose difficulty to have a wedding outdoors (rain months in California typically are Oct.-March), it is the responsibility of the bride and groom to find an alternative location for the wedding ceremony.   If the Officiant must travel to the location of the wedding, and is hindered in his/her travel by unusual freeway or weather conditions, the terms of the contract shall be extended without penalty to either party.  If for any reason a wedding time and date are changed after remitting the deposit, Marcy Ann  will try to provide availability for the new time and date. However, if Marcy Ann cannot provide availability, the deposit will not be refunded. .If the event is cancelled within 24 hrs of the date and time scheduled, all monies are non-refundable.  In the event  Officiant  is unable to conduct the wedding ceremony due to illness or family emergency, Marcy Ann  will provide another Officiant to conduct the wedding ceremony.
