Palisades Gazebo Park 26401 Palisades Drive, Dana Point. It is a
beautiful rose garden with full ocean front view. There is
very little parking. You can have up to 100 guests if you shuttle them
to the location.

Includes everything you see in the picture. Laguna
Beach doesn't allow chairs, but we can put out blankets and
pillows!! (not available in August) -
Permit ($200), blankets, pillows, sand buckets filled with grasses and

in Bolsa Chica), there are NO weddings allowed at the Ecological

If you book a beach, cliff or gazebo
wedding with WWW.MARCYANN.COM,
the wedding services shall be completed within a 2 hour period. Permits are for a 2 hour period.
If the wedding is delayed and the services of the Officiant are required
beyond the 2 hour time frame, An additional $50/hr pro-rated will be
charged. If the wedding is delayed, and the Bride & Groom have
hired a photographer and/or videographer, an additional $150/hr
pro-rated will be charged for their services.
Retainers (deposits) for permits and to book the date and time are
non-refundable.
Retainers (deposits) may be paid with credit card. If credit card
is used to pay the balance due, add 5% service charge. If the
balance due is paid the day of the wedding, it is to be paid in cash.
You may send a personal check for the balance due the week before the

Parking in Laguna Beach
is on the street and is metered, $2 per hour.(quarters or
credit card). Parking is very limited. If bride and groom have
over 10 guests, providing reserved parking on Pacific Coast Highway is
recommended. Call John at 949-878-3989.
Valet parking is also available at Las Brisas, or at the site for
additional cost.
Except for the months of July & August, you can
rent a trolley in Laguna Beach. Guests can park at the high school and ride
the trolley to the beach. Call 949-497-0746 for pricing.
Also you can rent the OC CRUISER BUS. 949-278-4734. Very fun.

If the wedding is scheduled for an outdoor location, and weather
conditions pose difficulty to have a wedding outdoors (rain months in
California typically are Oct.-March), it is the responsibility of the
bride and groom to find an alternative location for the wedding
ceremony. If the Officiant must travel to the location of
the wedding, and is hindered in his/her travel by unusual freeway or
weather conditions, the terms of the contract shall be extended without
penalty to either party. If for any reason a wedding time and date
are changed after remitting the deposit, Marcy Ann will try to provide
availability for the new time and date. However, if Marcy Ann
cannot provide availability, the deposit will not be refunded.
.If the event is cancelled within 24 hrs of the date and time scheduled,
all monies are non-refundable. In the event Officiant
is unable to conduct the wedding ceremony due to illness, Marcy Ann will
provide another Officiant to conduct the wedding ceremony. |
